The group currently consists of 8 companies primarily in the real estate, construction, and civil engineering sectors, such as Gabioner, Murbyggarna, and ByggMarks. Are you a curious and business-driven economist who can see the big picture and places great emphasis on good structure and high quality? Do you thrive in a role with responsibility where you can work broadly within the entire finance function? Then you should apply for the position of accounting economist at Kraften Invest and be the one to manage the ongoing accounting for all companies within the group. You will belong to our administrative department and report to the CFO.

Your responsibilities include:

· Ongoing bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable

· Monthly closings, reconciliations, and accruals

· Year-end closings and annual reports

· VAT and tax declarations

· Payroll preparation

· Regulatory reporting

· Internal development projects

· Administrative tasks related to suppliers, customers, and tenants

We are looking for someone with several years of work experience in a similar position; if you also have a background in the construction or real estate industry, that is a plus. You are an educated economist, either at a post-secondary level or have a university or college degree.

You are a structured and meticulous person who enjoys working hands-on. Since the tasks span a wide range, we prefer that you are unpretentious and flexible, good at prioritizing, and enjoy working in a smaller organization where decision-making paths are short and the impact is high.

You are used to working both independently and collaboratively and can handle tasks that require deadlines. Since you have many internal and external contacts, we place great importance on your collaboration and communication skills. We expect you to be a proficient user of programs within MS Office (primarily Excel) as well as some accounting system, preferably Monitor and/or Fortnox.

The position is full-time, you will be employed by Kraften Invest and will be located in pleasant office premises in their own property in central Sundsvall.
